 Cards for Grace

tyrannosaurus card

I stamped the answer on the inside. So, what do you call a scared  tyrannosaurus? Answer: a nervous rex.

I created this card for a little girl named Grace that I learned about through Jennifer McGuire’s blog. For full details on how you can get involved, click here: Cards for Grace.

Supplies: patterned paper (Scenic Route), kraft cardstock, Upper Crest border punch, black ink, alpha stamps, 3-D stickers, chalk ink (Colorbox).

Cards for Kids

cup cards to go sketch #11

For this card I used a sketch from Cup Cards To Go (it’s sketch # 11 for July 2010).

On Jennifer’s blog, she also hosts a Cards for Kids drive along with Jana and Kristina. It’s such an easy thing to make a card, to help bring a smile to someone’s face, to help lift them up a little. I’m all for that! This card I’ll send to Card for Kids for Sami. There are lots of children listed so if you’re a cardmaker please check it out. Such a simple gesture can bring so much joy!

Supplies: white cardstock, flowers, brad, Threading Water Border Punch, Heidi Grace Paper (Take Flight 12 x 12 Foil Pad, Colorbok), black pen, Hero Arts stamps (Everyday Sayings), chalk ink (Colorbox).

Use Your Stash total: 43 down, 7 to go.

Happy cardmaking!
