Something simple and fun! I printed out Shamrocks onto green cardstock, cut them out, added some painters tape to the back, and let my youngest Drew stick them wherever... I believe there is at least one on the ceiling in the family room. I used painters tape so they wouldn’t hurt the walls. I actually wanted Drew to help me cut them out but he was trying to make his own Shamrock out of a green pipe cleaner so I was on my own.I found the Shamrock pattern here. I copy and pasted it into Word, resized it, and then copy and pasted again (and again!) to get multiple Shamrocks.
