Last night’s dinner… roast! I typically reserve food like this for the weekend but on Monday I discovered that SOMEONE (who shall remain nameless!) forgot to close the freezer door in the garage all the way so I had to move everything to the fridge in the kitchen and I’ve been cooking like a mad woman ever since!more later…
